Heating wire with isulating coating in silicone rubber ø 3 mm. It's innovative manufatoring system allows replacement of the traditional cables by incorperated terminal of 350 mm. The flexible heating element is delivered with the two ends inactive in order to make it easier to connect to the network. The heating wire is 100% covered (of it's active length) with a tinned copper mesh that acts as earth connection. The mesh is joined to the silicone cable at one of it's active ends by a shrink-fit and ends up on the other side through a plaiting of mesh with crimped fork terminal
