Payment Methods

Online payments

For online payments we're using MultiSafePay as payment gateway which supports several payment methods:

Credit card (Mastercard/VISA)
MisterCash / Bancontact
Paypal
iDeal
GiroPay
Sofortbanking
Bank Transfer

Currency and VAT/TAX

All prcies on invoices will be stated as Euro. All prices on webshop are excluding 21% VAT/TAX.

Pricing

For private customers, invoices will be processed in Euro (€) with a VAT/TAX percentage of 21%. For foreign customers, when a valid VAT/TAX number is handed over, the invoice will be issued without VAT/TAX.

Returns

Private customers have the legal right to return ordered goods within 14 without a reason. (Only counts for Dutch customers)
