Biogas Burners

Heattec® offers industrial monoblock biogas burners which can be used in many different applications. The industrial monoblock biogas burners are available in versions up to 1200 kW, are available in 1-stage and 2-stage operation and are always equipped with a safety valve. The elevation used for the calculation is 500 meters. The capacity is based on a calorific value for biogas of 6 kWh/m3.

Biogas is an aggresive gas of the brass in the Multibloc® of the burner. For this reason, these burners are equipped with a gas train instead of a Multibloc®. The gas train has the same functions as a Multibloc®.The gas train consists of ballvalve, filter, pressure adjustment valve, twin magnetic valve, safety valve and leakage control (VPS504 SO2)
